This is my first time doing a tutorial. So I hope this really helps Photoshop users to know how to make Hologram Effect.
I thought it will be a great idea to help people that want to learn about this Hologram Effect for arts, comics or cosplays.
Anyway I choose "Chibi Chavis" as a example for making a Hologram Effect.
